How to use Courtside Manager

Three tabs, one flow — set up your tournament, record scores, and track standings.

Three steps to run your event

Add your players
Open the Setup tab. Add a category, then add each player or team. Choose your format from the dropdown. Hit Generate Schedule when ready.

Record scores
Go to the Schedule tab. Each game appears in a grid by court and time slot. Tap the score fields for a game and enter the score for each side — the winner is highlighted automatically.

Check standings
Open the Rankings tab. Wins, losses, points for, points against, and score differential are all calculated automatically as you enter scores. No extra input needed.
What each tab does

Setup
Configure the tournament name, number of courts, game duration, and start time. Add categories and players/teams. Generate or regenerate the schedule here.

Schedule
View all games organized by time and court. Enter scores directly in the grid. Scores auto-save and update rankings in real time.

Rankings
Live standings sorted by points, then differential (+/−), then points scored. Differential is calculated automatically — no manual entry required.
Quick answers
How do I add more players after generating?
Go back to the Setup tab, add the player to the category, then hit Regenerate Schedule. Existing scores will be cleared.

Where is the score differential?
In the Rankings tab, the +/− column shows each player's differential. Green means positive, red means negative. It updates automatically as scores are entered.

Can I share the schedule?
Yes — use the share button in the Schedule tab to get a read-only link. Players can view the schedule and results without being able to edit anything.
